On Monday 26th October, higher education providers (HEPs) have been invited to sign up to the eight principles of the KE concordat and, if desired, participate in the development year for England. The head of the participating HEP should electronically sign the Letter of Commitment pro forma.
A HEP can sign up in principle only or decide to sign up to both the principles and to participate in the development year for England.
A designated contact should be named by the HEP. The named contact will be the first point of contact for Universities UK and GuildHE for advice, guidance, and support. They will be the point of contact for engagement about the institutional approach, action plan submission and evaluation feedback. Named contacts will be invited to contribute to the overall evaluation of the process.
