The online portal ensures effective routing and response to enquiries that stakeholders, beneficiaries or partners of higher education knowledge exchange may have.

Social media channels will be utilised to promote the KE concordat to a range of audiences. These will be led by UUK and GuildHE, with content regularly shared by other organisations who are strategically involved in the concordat and these platforms are available for all potential stakeholders to engage with.
